Chief Marketing Officer
Brent Rivard serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Internova Travel Group, one of the world’s largest travel services companies with 62,000 travel advisors in 6,000 locations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and a presence in more than 80 countries. As Chief Marketing Officer, Brent directs all marketing strategies, communications and supplier programs to drive the value of all of Internova’s business units.
With two decades of global marketing experience, Brent is an accomplished leader who consistently delivers disruptive solutions to complex business problems. He joined Internova in 2021 from Mass Minority in Toronto where he served as the advertising agency’s President and managed all agency operations, including client retention, business growth, expansion into technology, and in-house content production.

Prior to Mass Minority, Brent held several senior positions at various advertising agencies where his skill set helped some of the most ambitious and challenging brands achieve marketing success in their respective sectors.
Some of these include Budweiser, Bud Light, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Mazda, MINI, Kraft, Nestlé, and HSBC, to name a few. In addition to North America, Brent’s experience extends to leading opportunities in China, the UK, Australia, South Africa, Nigeria, Chile, Argentina, South Korea, Vietnam and India.
Brent holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is based in the company’s New York office.
