Senior Vice President, Corporate Development – Internova Travel Group
Joby Knapp is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for Internova Travel Group, managing all aspects of the corporate development function, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His role is to manage the identification and screening of potential acquisitions, execution of diligence, and negotiation of binding purchase contracts and supporting agreements.

Prior to Internova, he worked in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Support group for over 15 years, including four years in the core Audit/Assurance practice.
Mr. Knapp’s experience in the travel industry dates to 2006, supporting an investment in Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Since that time, he has worked on over 100 potential travel transactions. Travel acquisition targets have included international, regional and local leisure, corporate, and tour operator business with direct and agency distribution models.
Mr. Knapp has broad international experience and has worked on Internova acquisitions in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and France. He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Arkansas and completed further undergraduate studies in accounting at DePaul University.
