Designed for members at any stage of experience, this program is flexible yet thorough, giving travel professionals the tools they need to sharpen their skills with proven industry experts. The expansion of the program was announced at Nexion’s annual CoNexion conference, being held from September 16-19, 2017, at the Hilton Riverside New Orleans in New Orleans, LA.

Every Nexion member who attends a multi-day educational event will receive follow-up coaching. Members meet with their coaches online and via phone to put together a personalized plan with achievable goals and measurable actions. Coaching topics can range from how to grow their sales in a new sector, to getting media attention, to how to write a business plan. The flexibility built into the coaching program provides participants and coaches the freedom to design a curriculum that fits the Nexion member’s unique business needs.The coaches Nexion works with represent a wide variety of travel and business expertise. Depending on their niche, interests, and assessments of areas of growth, Nexion members might choose a coach who is an expert in social media, corporate travel, small business and franchise management, selling cruises, and more. Additionally, Nexion internal staff who serve as coaches are in the process of going through the industry-leading “Sales Acceleration Academy” in order to share their learnings and provide a consistent coaching framework.
