Lindsay Pearlman is President of Travel Leaders Network, a division of Internova Travel Group and one of the world’s largest sellers of luxury travel, cruises and tours. The Network includes approximately 5,700 travel agency locations across the United States and Canada and generates nearly $21 billion in annual gross travel sales.
In his role, Pearlman oversees key partnerships with cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies and insurance providers, working to strengthen their relationships with member travel advisors. He also leads the Network’s industry-leading teams to deliver best-in-class programs and products that drive advisor engagement and profitability.

Pearlman joined Travel Leaders Network in 2019 to support international partnerships and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.
Prior to this, Pearlman spent 12 years at Ensemble, where he served as Co-President and, earlier, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the retail travel group. There, he was instrumental in developing consumer travel products, marketing programs, technology tools and networking opportunities to support member growth.
Earlier in his career, Pearlman spent 11 years with American Express Global Travel Services in a variety of leadership roles. He has also served on advisory boards for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA).
He is based in Toronto.
