New alignment enhances collaboration and drives stronger results for supplier partners across all Internova divisions
NEW YORK (October 28, 2025) – Internova Travel Group, one of the world’s largest travel services companies, today announced the next evolution of its Partner Relations structure, reinforcing the company’s commitment to being the most valuable distribution channel for supplier partners across the global travel industry.
The new alignment makes collaboration seamless across Internova’s network of 100,000 travel advisors and 6,000 locations, representing leading agencies and clients in every market segment, from luxury and corporate to entertainment and leisure. It creates a single gateway to Internova’s global portfolio, giving partners greater access to high-value travelers through one coordinated relationship.
“We want to make doing business with Internova as seamless and rewarding as possible for all of our travel partners,” said J.D. O’Hara, CEO, Internova Travel Group. “This evolved structure delivers a more unified experience for our partners, providing easier access, clearer communication and more efficient execution.”
Albert Herrera, Executive Vice President of Partner Relations, will continue to oversee hotel programs (SELECT Hotels & Resorts, CURATED Hotels & Resorts and WORLDWIDE Hotels & Resorts) as well as Destination Management Company (DMC) relationships (SELECT In-Country Partners). He will now also lead the team managing all of Internova’s cruise programs (Distinctive Voyages, Amenity Departure Dates and Culinary Collection). Centralizing these programs drives cohesive strategies and delivers greater value for preferred partners.
Henry Gilroy, Executive Vice President of Strategy, will lead commercial contracting for Internova’s hotel, cruise, tour, insurance and land products, ensuring consistent execution of agreements while leveraging Internova’s analytics and insights to generate maximum value for partners.
Peter Vlitas, Executive Vice President of Partner Relations, will continue overseeing all aspects of partnership across air, rail, car rental, GDS and private jet sectors, maintaining his long-standing leadership in these key categories.
Internova’s suite of partner programs has long been a key driver of preferred-partner growth, delivering exceptional traveler benefits and tangible value for supplier partners through curated experiences, exclusive amenities and premium visibility across its advisor network.
“By aligning all of our partner programs and contracting under a unified Internova framework, we’re not just simplifying relationships, we’re amplifying results,” added O’Hara. “This structure allows every partner to reach more advisors, engage more effectively with clients, and grow their business through one of the most powerful distribution networks in travel.”
