The peer-to-peer panels captured what makes our network so strong: collaboration and shared experience. As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that.

New peer-to-peer panels highlight innovation and collaboration across nearly 1,000 participating advisors in 2025
NEW YORK (November 12, 2025) – Travel Leaders Network, North America’s largest travel agency network, concluded its 2025 Fall Regionals after bringing together nearly 600 members and 150 partners across five U.S. cities. Combined with the Spring series, close to 1,000 members participated in the network’s signature “done-in-a-day” regional events this year, marking one of the most successful outreach efforts in TLN’s history.
The 2025 series also introduced a new feature: advisor-led panels in each city, giving members the opportunity to learn directly from peers who are thriving in today’s evolving market. Topics ranged from selling strategies and sustainable growth to building long-term client relationships.
“The peer-to-peer panels captured what makes our network so strong: collaboration and shared experience,” said Lindsay Pearlman, President of Travel Leaders Network. “As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that.”
One panelist, Lynne Macolini, who spoke at the Boston Regional, said: “It was an honor to be part of the conversation. Travel advisors are busier than ever, and spending the day with others who understand our business was inspiring. Collaboration is one of the best tools our industry has.”
Throughout 2025, Travel Leaders Network has seen significant membership growth, welcoming new agencies ranging from small businesses to large enterprise groups. Members continue to benefit from the network’s award-winning suite of programs, including the SNAP online booking tool, Cruise Complete, Distinctive Voyages, Agent Profiler and Engagement Marketing, as well as high-touch support from TLN’s expert team and partner community.
The next series of Regional events will take place in Spring 2026, with dates and locations to be announced soon. Major sponsors of the Fall Regionals included Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Sandals Resorts, Travel Guard and Allianz.
Travel Leaders Network has been recognized as one of Newsweek’s Most Reliable Companies of 2025, earning praise for its ease of doing business, exceptional value, consistent delivery and strong reputation for dependability. Among the 300 companies on the list, Travel Leaders Network is the only travel network to receive this honor.
