Advisors begin with Social Spark, a foundational webinar series, before moving into the intensive Social Lab curriculum that includes content creation, performance evaluation and direct feedback from Travel Leaders Network’s in-house social media team. Unlike traditional training programs, Social Labs is designed to produce immediate, real-world output. Participants develop and publish content throughout the program, refining their approach based on performance and expert guidance.

 

The program culminates in The Final Cut, an immersive, content-focused FAM experience where top-performing advisors collaborate with Travel Leaders Network’s social team to produce polished, campaign-ready assets for their own platforms and the organization’s broader marketing efforts. Travel Leaders will hold multiple Final Cuts throughout the year.

 

A pilot version of The Final Cut, held in October 2025 at Sandals South Coast, offers an early indication of the model’s potential. Participating advisors produced more than 30 pieces of content and 20 short-form videos.

 

The program establishes a clear pipeline: from foundational social skills to advanced content creation and, ultimately, recognition as a top-tier travel creator.
