GTC advisors account for nearly one-third of travel advisor honorees; rising stars to be recognized at the 12th annual Travvy Awards on November 5 in Fort Lauderdale

NEW YORK (October 29, 2026) – Global Travel Collection (GTC), part of Internova Travel Group, today announced that six of its advisors have been named to TravelPulse’s 2026 Travel Industry 40 Under 40, representing nearly one-third of the 20 travel advisors recognized this year. The annual program honors rising stars under age 40 who are shaping the future of the travel industry.

Presented by TravelPulse and AGENTatHOME, part of Northstar Travel Group, the 40 Under 40 recognizes 20 travel advisors and 20 travel suppliers for their innovation, leadership and impact on the industry. This year’s honorees will be recognized at the 12th annual Travvy Awards, taking place November 5, 2026, at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The recognition highlights a new generation of luxury travel advisors who are redefining what it means to plan exceptional travel. Combining deep destination knowledge, strong industry relationships and an entrepreneurial approach, GTC’s honorees have built successful businesses and established themselves as leaders in an evolving industry.

Meet Global Travel Collection’s 2026 40 Under 40 honorees:

Sterling Wertanzl, Sterling Journeys, Orlando, Fla. – A second-generation travel professional, Sterling Wertanzl grew up immersed in the luxury travel industry. After earning her master’s degree in communications, she joined Sterling Journeys, the agency founded by her mother, in 2023. Together, they transformed the business from a one-person operation into a growing team, tripling sales in their first year working together. Today, Sterling Journeys has nine advisors, with Wertanzl helping drive its continued growth through strategic leadership and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Daniel Yoo, CUE Travel, Beverly Hills, Calif. – Daniel Yoo is the founder of CUE Travel, bringing more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and travel management. He began his career in hotel operations, developing expertise in serving VIP clientele, before transitioning to entertainment travel in 2017. After managing complex travel arrangements for film productions, corporate clients and high-profile travelers, he founded CUE Travel in 2023 to deliver a more personalized, hospitality-driven approach to entertainment travel management. Today, he continues to grow the agency while raising standards for service and client care.

Kendall Fletcher, J5Travel, Mooresville, N.C. – Kendall Fletcher began her career in client care before advancing to Director of Luxury Sales at J5Travel, where she oversees travel planning for a team of six advisors specializing in bespoke leisure experiences. She has helped increase the agency’s sales by 30% over the past two years while strengthening relationships with luxury travel partners. Previously recognized on Luxury Travel Advisor’s 30 Under 30 list, Fletcher is also passionate about mentoring emerging talent and has helped create networking and professional development opportunities for younger advisors.

Fallon Lieberman, Arrival360, New York, NY – A graduate of Boston University’s School of Hospitality, Fallon Lieberman began her career in events and nightlife before discovering her passion for luxury travel. With more than 13 years of experience, she now co-leads ARRIVAL360, creating highly personalized travel experiences built around meaningful relationships and her clients’ individual interests. Lieberman believes the foundation of exceptional travel planning is human connection and has made relationship-building with clients, hotel partners, colleagues and younger advisors central to her approach.

Emily Meredith Prentiss, In The Know Experiences, New York, NY – Emily Meredith Prentiss turned a lifelong passion for exploring the world into a successful career in luxury travel. Entering the industry after graduating from college in 2010, she became an advocate for younger advisors at a time when few were entering the profession. She went on to establish a travel consulting business generating several million dollars in annual gross sales and has consistently ranked among Global Travel Collection’s top-performing advisors. A previous recipient of Virtuoso’s Rising Star award and recognition as one of the industry’s Top 35 Travel Agents Under 30, Prentiss continues to mentor aspiring travel professionals and champion the value of personal relationships in the industry.

Jonathan Drubel, The TravelWell Group, Beverly Hills, Calif. – Jonathan Drubel founded The TravelWell Group in 2017 with a vision of delivering bespoke, high-touch luxury travel experiences.
