NEW YORK (May 28, 2025) – Global Travel Collection (GTC), the luxury travel agency of Internova Travel, brought together 600 of the most influential voices in luxury travel for its flagship conference, ARRIVE, held May 19–22 at the iconic Arizona Biltmore. Far from a traditional industry gathering, ARRIVE was a curated experience designed to spark strategic connections and redefine how top advisors are supported. Through thousands of high-value appointments, immersive programming and direct access to senior decision-makers, ARRIVE delivered more than results—it shaped the future of relationship-driven luxury travel.

 

In 2024 alone, GTC advisors generated $2.3 billion in luxury travel sales, secured an average daily hotel rate of $1,400 and managed nearly 900 ultra-luxury trips valued at over $100,000 each, with clients traveling to 179 countries and trips averaging 8.9 days. More than 40% of advisors in attendance at ARRIVE were Circle members—Global Travel Collection’s top 15%—each generating a minimum of $3 million in annual sales, underscoring the event’s elite caliber and industry impact.

A standout feature of the event was Curated Conversations, ARRIVE’s innovative approach to one-on-one meetings. At ARRIVE 2025, partners were grouped into themed tracks by destination or travel style, while advisors were paired with those best aligned with their expertise. This personalized matchmaking led to meaningful connections and exceptional value for all.
