Invitation-only event brings together top luxury travel advisors and preferred partners for collaboration, celebration and industry innovation
PERTHSHIRE, SCOTLAND (February 2, 2026) – Internova PLUS, the invitation-only luxury travel industry event presented by Internova Travel Group, recently concluded at the iconic Gleneagles estate in the Scottish Highlands. Held January 27-30, 2026, this milestone edition marked the event’s first international venue and a new chapter in its global expansion. As one of the world’s largest travel services companies, Internova generates approximately $25 billion in annual travel sales, bringing significant global reach to its advisors and preferred partners.
Now in its fourth year, Internova PLUS has rapidly become a cornerstone gathering for the luxury travel sector. Set against Gleneagles’ “glorious playground,” Internova PLUS 2026 united a select group of more than 250 Internova advisors and partners from all six continents.
“Internova operates at tremendous scale, but our strength is our ability to connect the right advisors and partners in meaningful ways,” said Internova CEO J.D. O’Hara. “This event reflects our continued investment in strengthening our luxury programs and partnerships, and how we bring focused collaboration to life for this segment.”
Selected from a global roster of more than 100,000 advisors across Internova agencies, including ALTOUR, Global Travel Collection, Nexion Travel Group and Travel Leaders Network, this elite group represents just 0.1% of all Internova advisors and averages $3.9 million in luxury sales per advisor.
“At Internova, we believe the best results come from the right formula,” said Albert M. Herrera, Internova’s Executive Vice President of Partner Relations. “PLUS combines the right people in an incredible place with a shared purpose, which equals unlimited potential.” Herrera pointed to the numbers as proof: Hotel partners realized a 240 percent increase in production after attending PLUS.
Many advisors arrived in the United Kingdom ahead of the event for a new program dubbed “PLUS PLUS” – a collection of 17 immersive itineraries featuring 30 regional hotel and In-Country Partners. Building on this year’s success, Herrera announced a new PLUS PLUS community, a year-long, application-based engagement program available exclusively to advisors and partners who attended PLUS.
The three-day meeting included business sessions featuring leadership insights, 4,500 one-on-one networking appointments, collaborative think-tank discussions, family dinners and activities such as falconry, clay shooting and other sporting endeavors. Bagpipes, gun dogs, Shetland ponies, birds of prey and plenty of tartan and Harris tweed added regional flair, while a festive gala ended the event on a glamorous note.
Looking ahead, Herrera announced that the next Internova PLUS will take place January 26-29, 2027, at Hotel Arts Barcelona, a Ritz-Carlton property, further reinforcing the event’s global trajectory.
“It’s a true pleasure to welcome Internova PLUS to Hotel Arts Barcelona next year,” said Renato de Oliveira, General Manager of the hotel. “As we reimagine our hotel’s future, we couldn’t think of a better occasion to invite Internova’s advisors and partners to discover a new era of hospitality.”
