New luxury travel event for GTC advisors and partners takes place May 19-22 at the iconic Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix

NEW YORK (March 7, 2025) – Global Travel Collection’s annual travel agency conference, formerly known as Elevate, has a new name in 2025 — ARRIVE.

“We wanted a forward-looking name that ties to the excitement of travel,” said Angie Licea, President, Global Travel Collection. “ARRIVE also represents our mission to support our luxury travel advisors achieve success with their businesses, while delivering the best experiences for their clients.”

ARRIVE will bring together more than 600 Global Travel Collection advisors and preferred partners to help shape a new era of luxury travel collaboration. All 300 advisor participants were hand-selected from GTC’s vast roster of 1,500 luxury advisors, including more than 100 Circle members, GTC’s most elite top producers.

During curated 1:1 appointments, advisors will meet with partners who focus on destinations and travel experiences that align with their areas of expertise. In the afternoons, advisors will collaborate with partners on the latest issues facing the industry in a variety of customized engagement sessions geared toward business specialties — leisure, corporate and entertainment — or tenure-focused like new-to-industry and top producers. The event culminates with a gala honoring the best in the industry during a night of fun, surprises, and style.
