Internova Supplier Code of Conduct

Internova Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel services companies, and we are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly. To help us achieve this vision, we understand the importance of building strong relationships with our suppliers throughout our value chain.  Suppliers are expected to operate and align with our core principles in accordance with laws and regulations, and to conduct business with the highest standards and integrity. 

 

Below is a set of Supplier Code of Conduct we require our suppliers to follow. Suppliers should 1) comply with all applicable laws and regulations where they do business, 2) adhere to this Supplier Code of Conduct at all times, and 3) communicate these Codes throughout their supply chain for continuous improvement and compliance regime.  Internova will continue to engage suppliers to support their understanding and compliance with this Code and reserves the right to discontinue contracts for non-compliance. 

 

Business Ethics and Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must follow all relevant laws and regulations of the countries, states, and jurisdictions where they do business.

  • Suppliers shall not be involved in any kind of corruption, extortion, embezzlement, or bribery in any form, including facilitation payments.
  • Suppliers shall adhere to all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations, including but not limited to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.
  • Suppliers shall adhere to all applicable economic or trade sanctions where they do business.
  • Suppliers shall protect personal information, including suppliers, customers, consumers, and employees, with the utmost reasonable care and comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Suppliers and their employees shall comply with all Anti-trust or Anti-Competition laws and not influence business decisions unethically.
  • Suppliers shall conduct business with the highest standard and integrity, be consistent with company policies, and support activities related to labor, human rights, and environmental protection.

 

Labor and Human Rights

  • Suppliers shall support the protection of human rights, particularly those of their employees, and treat them with dignity and respect.
  • Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws relating to hiring, working hours, compensation, and benefits.
  • Suppliers shall not discriminate against any worker on all applicable basis protected by labor laws where they do business.
  • Suppliers must support the prevention of child labor, forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking.
  • Suppliers shall ensure a workplace that is free of harassment, discrimination, and abuse.
  • Suppliers must maintain a safe and healthy working environment that is regularly reviewed and improved upon.
  • Suppliers shall provide and train employees on company policies and procedures that would protect the employees.

 

Environmental Protection & Sustainable Procurement

  • Suppliers shall commit to mitigating their climate impacts associated with energy consumption, carbon emissions, pollution and waste, and transition to renewable energy sources.
  • Suppliers shall commit to protecting and supporting the local environment, ensuring economic growth and preservation of local communities and cultures.
  • Suppliers shall strive to work with suppliers and partners who have strong and responsible sustainability practices and initiatives.
  • Suppliers shall continue to seek and implement conservation efforts and alternative sustainable solutions within their supply chains and operations.

 

This Supplier Code of Conduct establishes the minimum standards required of our Suppliers. We encourage our Suppliers to implement appropriate due diligence and management systems to ensure ongoing compliance with these standards
