Berman to lead all aspects of company’s travel fulfillment and operations
New York, NY (October 4, 2017) – Today, Travel Leaders Corporate announced the appointment of Sue Berman as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. In her new role, Berman will be responsible for all point of sales servicing in Travel Leaders Corporate’s travel fulfillment business, transactional processing and support, quality control and integrity, and project management. Her role will be integral to the overall success and vision of the organization by ensuring complete operational efficiency, effectiveness and financial strength through strong process and talent optimization, automation, and the development of standard operating procedures across the service delivery organization. Berman will report directly to Gabe Rizzi, President of Travel Leaders Corporate, and be based in New Jersey.

Berman began her career as a travel agent with a local agency in New Jersey. Berman then spent 27 years at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she rose from Manager to Vice President of Operations, leading over 1,200 employees. In her most recent role as Vice President of Operations, she was responsible for overseeing a budget that generated over $150 million in annual revenue, and designed business continuity solutions. While at Carlson Wagonlit Travel she oversaw and provided strategic direction for transient travel, group air meetings and events, the 24-hour service center and online fulfillment. Berman is well-known for her legacy of people leadership, coaching and developing her team for advancement.
Berman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware, and earned her LSS Green Belt Certification in 2014.
