One thing is for sure: our constantly improving member experience will let our advisors be more successful in 2025.

New additions to Agent Profiler, Agent Universe and Education make Travel Leaders the top choice for the industry’s best travel advisors
NEW YORK (February 12, 2025) – Having experienced a record-breaking year of recruitment, Travel Leaders Network announces new enhancements and improvements to its many programs, including Agent Profiler, Agent Universe and its award-winning training and education.
“There are many moving parts of Travel Leaders Network,” said John Lovell, CTC, the organization’s president. “In 2024 and moving into 2025, we invested heavily into many of our programs, especially Agent Profiler and TravelLeaders.com, Agent Universe and Education. The teams who work on these programs did a masterful job at making our member experience even better.”
Agent Profiler is Travel Leaders Network’s lead generation platform, serving the consumer-facing TravelLeaders.com, the connection point to find a Travel Leaders member that best fits a traveler’s vacation plans. In 2024, Agent Profiler handed out over 300,000 leads to Travel Leaders members (a 17% increase from 2023) in North America, leading to 68,750 bookings, $733 million in sales and $110 million in member commissions.
In 2022, Travel Leaders introduced the SuperAgent designation, where Agent Profiler’s most prolific users earn a special profile badge and are shown at the top of search results. Super Agents are required to have a certain number of published reviews, photos, bios, travel stories and maps. The program has been popular, with 1,491 Travel Leaders members currently holding the SuperAgent designation. New for 2025, Travel Leaders Network will continue to reward top Agent Profiler users with new Super Agent ranks: SuperAgent, SuperAgent Gold and SuperAgent Diamond. To reach these new ranks, members will have performance metrics to meet, such as lead dashboard completion, a 24-hour response rate and a sales close rate.
“Just like many of our partners, we want to continually raise the bar on rewarding our users,” Lovell explained. “By allowing them to hit key metrics and obtain status, the most prolific users of Agent Profiler will rise even further to the top of search results and gain an important edge when it comes to letting potential clients know about their experience.”
At the end of 2024, Travel Leaders unveiled its new Agent Universe redesign. As the hub of all member activity, the new Agent Universe is not only a modern redesign, but a true “one-stop shop.” Members signing on to Agent Universe have quick access to Travel Leaders Network’s programs like the SNAP booking tool, Cruise Complete and Empower Cruise—no need to sign in multiple times. The experience is more user-friendly as well, with recently visited pages and quick links on the sides to aid in easy navigation.
“Agent Universe is incredibly important to our members,” said Lovell. “It’s where they get all the information that a Travel Leaders member needs and how they first experience many of our programs. It is vitally important that we give them a modern experience in both looks and technology.”
Travel Leaders is well known for its expansive education and training. In 2024, there were nearly 506,000 logins to the training library, with 150 instructor-led trainings that had a 77% attendance rate. To keep pace with the incredible hunger for training and education, in 2025, all trainings will be offered at a 7:30 p.m. Eastern time, to meet the needs of travel advisors’ busy schedules and allow them to spend the day serving their clients.
The ever-popular Specialists Certifications had a banner year in 2024, with over 380 enrollments across the various Specialties. Travel Leaders will continue to offer its seven programs: Action & Adventure, Business Travel, Corporate Account Management, Group Travel, Honeymoon & Destination Weddings, Leisure Travel and Luxury Travel. New for 2025, every Specialist Certification will include a module on accessible travel, where advisors will learn about how their particular specialty can be more inclusive to travelers with different needs.
“Our Education and Training programs tell me two things: that people are eager to learn, and that travel is for everyone. I am incredibly proud of the work the Education team puts into ensuring that Travel Leaders members have the skills to confidently navigate our programs and tools to sell travel. The fact that we are going to actively use our powerful Education offerings to help our members make sure they understand and embrace accessible travel is a great example of doing well by doing good. One thing is for sure: our constantly improving member experience will let our advisors be more successful in 2025!”
