The awards were presented at Travel Leaders Network’s annual EDGE conference, which took place Oct. 18-21 at Loews Royal Pacific & Sapphire Falls Resorts in Orlando. The conference brought together travel advisors and industry partners including airlines, cruise lines, hotels and resorts and tour companies.

Travel agency owners had an opportunity to stay ahead of industry trends through attending classes, networking with colleagues and supplier partners, hearing from industry experts and Travel Leaders Network leadership and accessing the tools they need to better serve their clients.

Each Travel Leaders agency was judged in multiple categories reflecting business growth, including use of Travel Leaders marketing programs, sales growth, especially among key supplier partners, participation in training programs to enhance service to their clients, participation in local and national business networking meetings and overall promotion of the Travel Leaders brand.

The winners represent the top echelon of Travel Leaders travel agencies, demonstrating the highest level of expertise and providing exceptional service to their business and leisure clients.
