Travel Leaders Network Unveils Major SNAP Upgrade to Streamline Advisor Booking Workflow

May 4, 2026

SNAP is one of the most valuable tools our members. As booking scenarios become more complex, these enhancements give advisors the flexibility, functionality and support they need to better serve clients and grow their business.

New features enhance trip planning, expand search flexibility and make it easier for advisors to present options, convert bookings and capture fees

NEW YORK (May 4, 2026) – Travel Leaders Network is rolling out a significant upgrade to SNAP, its proprietary booking platform, introducing a suite of new features designed to simplify the path from shopping to booking while giving advisors greater flexibility, efficiency and control. The enhancements were announced at the Travel Leaders Network’s annual EDGE conference.

At the center of the rollout is Trip Proposal, a new feature that enables advisors to build and present multiple hotel options, room types, air options and car rentals within a single, client-friendly interface. Advisors can save proposals, revisit them later to re-shop and validate pricing and finalize bookings without leaving the workflow. The tool also allows advisors to add service fees directly into the proposal, helping advisors monetize their expertise more seamlessly.

The update also delivers more robust search capabilities aimed at improving efficiency earlier in the booking journey. Advisors can now refine results with expanded qualifications, including roundtrip, multi-leg and multi-city itineraries, as well as cabin selection by flight segment. These enhancements are designed to reduce rework and better support the increasingly customized, multi-component itineraries advisors are building for clients.

Additional flexibility is on the roadmap. Later this year, SNAP will introduce the ability to apply traveler profiles after the shopping phase but before booking, eliminating the need to attach profiles at the outset and allowing advisors to shop first and assign client details later. The change is intended to better align with real-world workflows, particularly for advisors managing multiple clients or comparing options across trips.

Beyond core platform enhancements, Travel Leaders Network is also expanding advisor support and engagement around SNAP. New initiatives include a performance-based leaderboard advisor portal Agent Universe, the creation of a SNAP advisory board to inform future development and the launch of “Booking Buddy,” a calendar-based feature that allows advisors to schedule time with SNAP specialists for real-time booking support.

Together, the updates reflect the network’s continued investment in advisor technology and its focus on improving both productivity and profitability at the point of sale.

“SNAP is one of the most valuable tools our members have,” said Lindsay Pearlman, President of Travel Leaders Network, North America’s largest network of professional travel agencies. “As booking scenarios become more complex, these enhancements give advisors the flexibility, functionality and support they need to better serve clients and grow their business.”
